Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Celestia Goods website and services. By accessing our site, booking a consultation, or purchasing a service, you agree to comply with these Terms. We believe in transparency — this is the blueprint of how we work with you.

1. Nature of Services

Celestia Goods provides professional interior design services, including but not limited to:

Consultations (in-person, virtual, or phone)
2D drawings and layout planning
3D visualizations and renderings
Styling and accessorizing
Project management and contractor coordination

We do not act as general contractors. Any construction or installation work is the responsibility of third-party contractors engaged by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results, you agree to:

Provide accurate room measurements, site conditions, and project goals.
Disclose all relevant restrictions (landlord rules, HOA guidelines, building codes).
Make timely decisions to avoid project delays.
Maintain clear communication and respond within agreed timeframes.
Obtain necessary permits or approvals for construction-related work.

3. Payments & Fees

Payment terms will be defined in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

Consultations are paid in full at the time of booking.
Design services may require a 50% deposit, with balance due upon delivery.
Project management fees may be based on a percentage of total project costs.
Late payments (7+ days overdue) may incur a 5% service fee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Consultations canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
For design packages, refunds are only available before the first concept presentation.
Custom or digital work delivered (2D/3D renderings) is non-refundable.
If Celestia Goods must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, drawings, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Celestia Goods until full payment is received. After payment:

You may use materials for personal, residential purposes only.
Reproduction, resale, or use for other commercial projects is prohibited without written consent.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request confidentiality in writing.

6. Materials & Procurement

If we assist with sourcing materials or furniture:

Product warranties are provided by manufacturers, not Celestia Goods.
We are not liable for defects, shipping delays, or stock shortages.
Custom orders placed with third parties may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

7. Timelines

Timelines depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, and external vendors. While we aim to meet deadlines, Celestia Goods is not responsible for delays caused by:

Contractor or vendor availability
Material backorders
Permit delays
Client response times

8. Liability

Celestia Goods is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses caused by third-party contractors, manufacturers, or shipping companies. Our role is advisory and design-focused. You agree to hold us harmless against claims related to construction, installation, or product defects.

9. Confidentiality

All client information (floor plans, budgets, personal preferences) will be kept confidential and only used for project purposes. We may anonymize data for trend analysis and service improvement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal proceedings.

11. Amendments

We may revise these Terms to reflect new services, legal requirements, or business practices. Updates will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
