Returns & Refund Policy

At Celestia Goods, we value transparency and fairness. Interior design services differ from traditional product sales, as each project is custom-tailored to client needs. Therefore, our Returns & Refund Policy balances the protection of our creative work with the right of clients to feel secure in their investment.

1. Deposits & Payments

  • All projects require an initial deposit before work begins. This deposit secures your booking and covers administrative planning.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Celestia Goods.
  • Milestone-based payments are invoiced progressively; once a milestone is delivered, it is considered complete and non-refundable.

2. Consultation Services

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be offered once without penalty.
  • If Celestia Goods must cancel, clients may choose between a reschedule or full refund.

3. 2D Drawings & 3D Visualizations

  • Conceptual drafts are eligible for up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.
  • Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees and are not refundable once delivered.
  • Once final drawings or renderings are sent digitally, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

4. Styling Services & Procurement

  • Styling services that require the purchase of accessories, furniture, or décor items are subject to vendor return policies.
  • Celestia Goods is not responsible for manufacturer defects but will assist clients in coordinating returns directly with suppliers.
  • Custom-made or bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Project Management

  • Project management fees are calculated as a percentage of the overall budget and billed in installments.
  • Work completed (site visits, contractor coordination, budget tracking) is considered non-refundable.
  • If a project is terminated prematurely, only unbilled upcoming phases will not be charged.

6. Force Majeure & Unexpected Events

Should unforeseen events such as illness, natural disasters, shipping delays, or governmental restrictions occur, we will work with the client to either adjust timelines, reschedule services, or provide a partial refund where appropriate. Celestia Goods is not liable for losses caused by third-party suppliers, but we will make reasonable efforts to support resolution.

7. Digital Deliverables

Digital materials (plans, renders, reports, mood boards) are non-returnable once delivered. If technical issues occur (corrupt file, missing data), replacements will be issued at no cost.

8. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Help@celestiagoods.com within 7 days of the disputed service or milestone. Each request will be reviewed individually and may take up to 10 business days for resolution.

9. Dispute Resolution

If disagreements arise regarding refunds or project scope, both parties agree first to attempt mediation. Only if mediation fails may the matter proceed to legal action under the jurisdiction of our registered business location.
